This home also offers an additional 400 sq. ft. family room and a large lofted area- perfect for guests and as a media or recreation room. The master bedroom and the living room open onto a private deck with beautiful mountain views and plenty of privacy. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace; log beams accent the dining room and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Powderhorn offers two parking stalls, a roof top common hot tub, loads of storage and it is ideally located next to Blackcomb Mountain

    Our stay at Powderhorn #302 was fantastic! The condo itself was bigger than expected with plenty of room for our large group both in the common spaces and in the bedrooms/bathrooms. The upstairs area was massive and all the beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints from anyone in our group. The kitchen had good knives, pots/pans, and other kitchen equipment and there was some ground coffee and k-cups to get us started as well as vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. We used the rooftop hot tub several nights and there were rarely other people in it. There were plenty of spare towels under the bathroom sinks, and they provided hotel sized soaps/shampoos and I believe one of the bathrooms had a hair dryer. There was also plenty of paper products, garbage bags, dish soaps, laundry detergent, etc. The description for the house didn't mention these small items, so it was a nice surprise that so much was provided. The Peak to Green staff were super responsive to email before the trip and when we had to adjust check in because of our unexpected late arrival. They sent detailed instructions for how to get into the condo so we had no issues after our long trip. When we checked in the next morning, they gave us maps and directions for how to use the ski-in/ski-out trails to get to the base of Blackcomb and how to get down to the villages. There was even a free shuttle stop right outside the building which we used several times during our stay. As is mentioned in other reviews the process for entering the garage is bit tricky until you get the hang of it, but I'm actually happy we didn't have to coordinate with who had the keys to the building. The garage system let anyone from our group go back to the house whenever they wanted. It would be nice to have a spare key for the ski locker room, but it really wasn't much trouble to bring it back up to the condo each time. As a tip, there is a Whistler Ski/Snowboard rental shop in The Aspens at Blackcomb right down the street.

    It was nicely appointed and worked well for our two families and our two dogs. The kitchen worked out well for the meals that we cooked in.Our biggest issue was the key situation. One key for that size of condo is crazy and that made it difficult if people wanted to go in different directions same with the ski storage key.

    This location worked well for our family group with older teens. We would re-name it 'family 4 bedroom near blackcomb' as it is not 'luxury'. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the great dining room table as we ate our meals together every night. We did find the property a bit tired and in need of a deep clean. Main bathroom shower didn't drain. Rooftop hot tub is true. However, it serves the entire building, max capacity of 6 people, closes at 10 and was frequently full. The locking system for the garage and ski locker area is a bit challenging, with only one key available for our group -- it would be great if more than one key or another option be made available -- but we did make it work. For those who plan to cook for a group, there is no barbecue. We appreciated the help of the property managers in getting us a large size baking pan to cook in the oven, and they were very friendly and professional. We liked being able to get right to the Blackcomb base with a short walk from the door of the property to a trail over to the run.

    The condo was spacious comfortable, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. Location was great, easy free shuttle to the main village. Ski in Ski out access was just a short walk away.

    Great location for a large group. We had 9 people staying in our townhouse. The bus was conveniently located directly outside the unit and mostly came every 10-15 minutes. Whistler village was very nice with tons of restaurants, I recommend making reservations as every night the place was packed. The roof top hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of skiing. The kitchen could have used a griddle or larger pans since it is advertising it can accommodate 10, making pancakes took a long time. Also could have used a bigger toaster as the toaster only made 2 pieces of toast at a time. Nice place, we would go back
