  The property and location was very convenient. The second bedroom did not have very good lighting. We needed to use our head lamps for adequate lighting. The unit had the right amount of dishes that one would like to have when renting a suite for a week. The location was quiet. The front staff are very helpful.

  It would be nice if hot tub towels were available in each room.

    Thanks for your feedback. We did have hot tub towels available to guests for a couple of years, however, the laundry was done by Peak to Green Accommodations who manage the front desk. We found that cost to be around $10000 per year and could not afford to continue. As well, we only manage about 65% of the properties in the building, and the other 35% were getting towels provided for their guests FREE. That made no economic sense to us and the practice has to be terminated. Also, if you did not find the unit to rate a 4 or 5 on the Cleanliness category when you arrived, we would have appreciated hearing about it immediately. That is the only way that we can correct deficiencies in our housekeeping. We are always trying to improve in all categories. Thanks.

  The only drawback we had to our stay at the wildwood lodge was that we arrived after hours and were given the wrong code to get into the lodge's garage. Luckily there was a phone in the lobby that we could use to contact somebody to let us in. Apart from this simple mixup, our stay at Wildwood was great. Hot tub was a perfect way to end our day each night and it was within walking distance of the village, which was a big bonus for après activities. When we come back to Whistler we'll definitely check out Wildwood again!

    Thanks for your feedback. Who knows where the mixup on the acces code came from, but the main point is that we do have a back up in cases like this. Isn't it great that the guest could simply go to the entry area and make a call in warm conditions and gain access?? Having said that, I am disappointed that we only rated a 2 on Services from the Rental Manager... Glad to hear that you will be back to the Wildwood and I sincerely trust that we won't issue an incorrect code the next time.

  Had the family up for a springtime Whistler weekend. Wildwood 104 was great! Very nicely appointed unit - nicer than others in which we've stayed. My son and I enjoyed the pool and hottub on a sunny afternoon then we cooked up a great pasta dinner in the suite and save a ton not eating at a restaurant. Highly recommend.

  We had a great time, room was clean, updated nicely. Corner room with big patio. Got woken up at 1am, 3am and 4am on the first night buy 3 different groups of loud/drunk people outside the room. That sucked but not Wildwood's fault :)
  Would stay there again!

  Thank you so much for the accomodation, we had a great time at the complex. We used the pool, hot tub, bike lock-up room, underground parking area and of course the unit.
  
  Everything worked out well with our stay and we were extremely happy having the kitchen. We were able to shop locally and to be there on the week-end of the farmers market and were treated to fresh fruit and vegetables.
  
  We will be back and once we know the dates will be booking again at the Wildwood.

  The patio furniture was not very comfortable and was very dirty. The suite itself was nicely appointed but could have been a bit cleaner.

    We really would like to hear about any cleanliness issues when guests arrive so that we can address them with our housekeeping contractors. When we hear about them after the fact, it just is not as effective. Thanks.
